SUCH A SMALL WORD THAT HAS SUCH A BIG IMPACT.

The word “technology” means something different to everyone. One of our most important business practices is to ensure clear communication, so let’s start now. When we talk about how Power Event Group can help you with your technology, we are focused on planning and attendee-focused technology - not lighting, onsite recording, and other audio-visual technology. While there is sometimes overlap between these fields, and we often have joint planning conversations, we see these as separate fields of expertise. With the exception of off-site speaker pre-recordings and on-demand video production, we leave all of the onsite audio-visual technology to those experts!

The meaning of the word “technology” and how it affects attendees is ever-evolving, which means to continue to create a quality product, we are need to be ever-evolving and continue learning to fit the needs of the modern attendee and planner. Event technology is spread throughout the event and planning process, so this means that we need to be able to do a lot, and be able to coordinate multiple products to work together smoothly.

Over the past several years, we have focused mainly on on-site event technology products. We are now adding to that, and taking a step backwards towards our planning roots in order to capture the full need and understanding of the relevancy technology plays in events today. This means broadening ourselves back into the event planning and consulting aspect of the industry, and also approaching technology from the beginning of the process instead of only at the end. This will allow us to better meet you wherever you are on your path, and help integrate technology into any level of your event.

We approach each situation from a holistic point of view, and creatively work with you to integrate your technology so that it becomes fully coordinated and thoughtfully weaved into your event - not separate, clunky, standalone pieces.

WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO?

The use cases are boundless, but here are a few common scenarios, products, & platforms that planners look for assistance managing.
